What is B Fit Boot Camp?
Our Indoor and Outdoor  Boot Camp for women (and Men) is a 4 week fitness and exercise program designed to bring balance, diversity and intensity to your workout routine. Every morning you and your Boot Camp team meet for a 60 minute workout designed and led by B Fit Boot Camp certified Fitness Coach.

B Fit Boot Camp is an exercise program specifically designed to help you Lose Weight, Gain Muscle, Reduce your Body Fat,  and Get Results!  Four weeks of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling, & motivational training provided by Certified Personal Trainers. 

How many days a week is Boot camp?
This unique experience meets 3 days per week,  Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays - 1 hour per day for 4 weeks so you stay focused and meet your goals. 

















What will I get out of it?
Flatter/tighter stomach! Increased strength and endurance! Body fat analysis to help you see progress.












































What is the cost (investment in myself)?
Each four-week boot camp has a registration fee of $199 that's twelve hours of instruction! Where else can you get premiere or cutting edge fitness instruction for that incredible price?

What do you do in Boot Camp?
Each week we will slightly increase the intensity and change the type of exercises that are done.  Exercises include:Weight lifting,short distance running (less than one mile), calisthenics, jumping rope, agility drills, ball training, push-ups, kettlebell training and more!  Your Boot Camp instructors passionately transform your routine into a challenging, fun, effective exercise experience.
































What fitness level is this for?
Fitness Boot Camp caters to all fitness levels—from beginners wanting to jump-start their program to veteran exercisers ready for a new challenge.  Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate.
